These terms cover your use of Belper Bricks (bricks.belperlocal.co.uk), run by High Heel Creative. Buying a brick or a bump means you accept them, along with our site rules, disclaimer and privacy policy.

What you're paying for

A brick is a paid, self-serve listing: the company name, logo, description, category and link are supplied by you and displayed as you submit them. It is advertising space, not a review, endorsement, or any other service.

Payment

Payments are taken securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use the business name, logo and content you submit, that it's accurate and not misleading, and that it follows our site rules. You're responsible for keeping the link on your brick working and pointing to where you say it does.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms, the site, or how bricks are displayed at any time. We'll try to keep the site running smoothly but don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us. See our disclaimer for more detail on content and liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
