This policy explains what personal data Belper Bricks collects, why, and how it's used. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• When you buy or bump a brick: the business details you submit (company name, description, category, website or social link, logo link), and the contact email address you provide for your receipt.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number — see Stripe's privacy policy.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

• To publish your brick on the wall as you've asked us to.
• To send you a payment receipt and, occasionally, important updates about your brick.
• To detect and prevent misuse of the site (see our site rules).
• To understand overall site usage via Google Analytics.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share your contact email publicly — it's never displayed on the wall.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, including removing a brick and its associated contact details. Contact us using the details on our site rules page.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies/local storage required for the site to function, plus (if configured) Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage.
